Last week we had quite the crisis. A sewer line at one of residential customers homes had unfortunately clogged and it began backfilling into the basement. Within 20 minutes of the initial phone call we had someone onsite and assessing the damage.
The were able to quickly get a cleanup started before any more damage had been done. Fortunately, we were able to keep the backup in a non-finished part of the basement. This saved the client potentially thousands of dollars of cleanup and restoration fees. Just as important, they didn’t need to go through the hassle of dealing with their insurance.
Once we stabilized the system, we were quick to cleanup and then clear out the clog. It took a couple of hours, but we were able to get the client sewage free and now their sewer drain is clear and like new.
